01 Do I need a demo before I can try BillGrid?
No. You can start without a card and send your first invoice today - the walkthrough is there if you want someone to map your workflow with you first.
02 Can you help move my existing customers and invoices?
Yes. Customers, contacts, and billing accounts all import from CSV, and bad rows are reported with a reason instead of failing the whole file. Send a sample and we’ll check the mapping before you load the real thing.
03 Can I send from my own SMS or WhatsApp account?
Yes. Out of the box your messages go out under our sender ID and WhatsApp number. If you want your own name on them, we register your SMS sender ID with each network and set up your own WhatsApp business number, for a one-time fee. Ask us for a quote.
04 What if I bill for something other than water, waste collection or invoicing?
If you bill the same customers on a cycle and need to know who paid, invoicing with recurring plans usually covers it. Tell us the job anyway, and we will say plainly whether it fits or whether you are better served elsewhere.
